These vibrations correspond to specific emotions.
For example, many people I meet don’t want to feel sadness or grief, so they close their heart chakras rather than allowing themselves to feel these uncomfortable emotions. When I strike the Heart Chakra bowl, it releases the healing vibration of the Heart Chakra into the body of the person being healed. This opens the Heart Chakra, allowing it to release the trapped negative emotions.

My favourite activity is to wander through the fields and woods for hours, listening to the sound of the world and observing the incredible lives of the plant beings that help sustain our species.
