A sound bath is an immersive experience of sound journeying, uniquely imagined for you.
I will create a sacred, healing space for your session with quartz crystal singing bowls, gongs, crystal pyramids, chimes and other sacred instruments. You will be gently bathed in these ethereal and soothing vibrations. This is ideal for healing, relaxing, inner journeying and restoration.
Fees vary depending on many variables such as requested duration of the sound bath and location. Please contact me for arrangements and details.
I can come to your Yin Yoga evening or small event and create a crystal bowl sound bath to help your guests relax and unwind. Many variables are at play here, so please get in touch with me to start a conversation.
October 12th at Serenity Roots, 8pm. Limited Seating! Follow this Eventbrite link for more information and ticket booking.

Absolutely not! It's best to have an open mind and also, in Zen, we call it, "Beginner's Mind." I am here to introduce this amazing process to you and we'll enjoy exploring it together.
While there are many testimonials of the power of sound healing, the FDA has not evaluated any of the services I offer. Practice at your own risk and gain. Please seek immediate medical care for any urgent trauma. Always consult with a trusted doctor if in question.
Sound baths are relaxing, immersive experiences where participants listen to soothing sounds, healing vibrations, and sometimes even the sound worker's voice. They’re often used to reduce stress, but sound baths can be used for many purposes, including sleep induction, relaxation, creativity enhancement, and spiritual development. Private sound baths are deeply personal while public ones are more open and expansive while still allowing the participants to have deep and meaningful journeys.
Unfortunately, some clients don't realise how much time and energy a sound worker devotes to a even a short sound session, let alone something bigger! For a one-hour session, it's normal for me to spend between 3 and 4 hours preparing. With sound baths, it's even longer! A 90-minute soundbath at a yoga studio, or a person's home, takes about 6 hours of work. These events include all the equipment I have to choose to use, pack safely and transport, and don't forget setting up and breaking down the area before and after! When I am with a single person or a couple, I am entirely present and attentive to only them during our time together, and I am often significantly depleted afterwards. With a large soundbath, connecting to so many people takes great amounts of energy. I love this work so much because of the intimacy and trust that can develop, and I ask that participants show their appreciation with the fees that I suggest 🙏🏻
I partner with Michelle Greenfield for yoga and crystal bowl sound baths at Village Productions in Amesville, and Bodhi Tree Studio usually about once a month. These are open to the public, but tickets must be purchased in advance. Register on Eventbrite - search Eventbrite Michelle Greenfield, and you will see the event when they are listed. More yoga and sound bath collaborations in different areas such as Logan and Lancaster are soon to be announced.
Sound baths can appear in the public libraries around the area and also in yoga studios...keep an eye open for these!
Private and group sessions can take place in the venue of your choosing (including your own home). While I am willing to travel to provide this service, variables such as distance and the number of participants will inform the fee I ask for.
